Shipping your package

Cammaratamode.com ships worldwide using “express” shipping methods from SDA, DHL and UPS couriers.

All orders are shipped from the operational headquarters in Cammarata Giancarlo Gela, Italy from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30 .

Orders received on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.

All items are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from order date.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FROM SHIPMENT DATE:

USA and Canada: 1-3 working days depending on destinations Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 1-3 working days for main destinations / 2-4 working days for remote destinations.
Latin America: 3-4 business days
Asia and Middle East: 2-3 business days
Australia & Oceania: 2-3 business days for major destinations / 4-5 business days for remote destinations
Africa: 2-4 working days
Russian Federation: 3-4 working days (DHL) / about 15 working days (EMS Russian Post)

Please note that in Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not ship:

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Cammaratamode.com with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by Cammaratamode.com
