Returns Procedure

To request a return, contact us for return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Free returns apply only to orders placed and returned within Italy, according to our return policy. If you are returning an order from outside Italy, contact us first to confirm the procedure and any applicable shipping costs.

After contacting us, we will send you the applicable return instructions by email and a shipping label if one is provided for your return.

Once you receive our return instructions:

Pack the items you wish to return securely.
Place the completed return form inside the parcel.
If provided, attach the shipping label to the parcel.
Follow the collection or drop-off instructions confirmed by our team.

Once the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will inspect and process it. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.
