Shipping Your Order

CammarataMode ships to Italy and ten European countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Romania and Spain.

The standard international shipping rate for these ten destinations is €10 per order. Italian shipping rates are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. The total applicable delivery cost is always shown before you place your order.

Orders are generally dispatched from Gela, Italy, within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend are generally processed on the next working day, excluding Italian public holidays.

We use carriers such as SDA, DHL and UPS depending on the shipping destination and service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by country, destination and courier. Where available, more precise estimates are provided during checkout or through shipment tracking. Delays outside our control may affect transit times.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Returns

Free returns are available only for eligible orders placed and returned within Italy. For orders shipped outside Italy, please contact our customer service team for return instructions before shipping an item. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
